I had no idea that breathing could be so interesting! I had no idea that nasal breathing vs mouth breathing can actually change the structure of your mouth and face and your overall health. There were stories about people that fix their scoliosis using breath, how to train your diaphram and more, this book isnt just for one specific type of person, anyone who breathes can get something out of this. This book fully changed the way I breathe while I'm at the gym.
