Reviewer's comment:
This was a relatively simple read, talking all things mental health and how other people, even children, can be some of our biggest teachers. Hugh puts his lessons into simple daily gratitude practices that he continues to teach people from the stage. Recommended for any reader at any stage of their reading journey.
